How Can I add Border?

    Hello

    I used simple CSS to create thin border around my imgs here thevermontbirderguy.org. When you mouseover the picture you’ll see green background appears for that blog post excerpt highlighting it. Can CSS place a border around the green on mouseover, if so what is the code?

    Yes that’s possible. The CSS is 

    /* Border blog hover AL */

.card:hover {
    border: solid black 3px;
}
