How can I add borders to a video and subtitles within that border under a video?

    When I edit pictures I can add additional information under the picture and it adds a border to the picture and the text underneath the pictures are within that border. Now I want to do the same with videos, but I can’t edit videos and so I can’t add a border and the text underneath the video this way. I tried hard to do it by copying a picture, adding the embed link within the border that was left of the picture, adding the text below the embed link, but it doesn’t work properly. I can’t hit enter to move the text below the link. Moving the text with spaces will just distort the text.

    Anyone knows how to do it properly? I hope you understand what I mean. I’d be very grateful for your help.
