How can I add Captions UNDER the pictures I uploaded on my Blog?

I have a Blog of paintings and I want to caption them UNDER the picture. How Do I Do This?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can do it when you upload them using these instructions:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/ or you can go to Media > Library and edit the photos to add or modify a description.
