How can I add my blog back into my static WP website?

    A web designer suggested I convert my WP book blog into a static page so I agreed and he did that for me. After a couple of years my book has been published and I want to add my blog to update the book subject matter, and to discuss relevant issues.

    My query is; how do I add the blog to my static page without disrupting it, but adding a “BLOG” menu link (instead of one of the “NAVAL ARCHITECTURE” menu link?

    He is no longer available so can anyone show how this is done?
