how can I add my social media buttons to the very last footer?

  I’m now making muy nwe blog with Sela Teme. I want to insert the social media buttons exactly like this teme do it, on the very last footer, were said: CREAR UN SITIO WEB GRATUITO O BLOG EN WORDPRESS.COM . | EL TEMA SELA POR WORDPRESS.COM .
  How can I do it?
