How can i add second URL for second blog so my comments link to correct blog?

  I need to have a second web/blog address (URL) for my second blog on wordpress.com (hosted by godaddy). How can i add a second to the second blog so that when I comment on my own blog, it links to the correct blog (instead of to my first blog!) thank you.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
