How can I add “send to a friend” button on my posts?

  Does anyone know if it is possible to add a button “send to a friend” or “email it to a friend” on my wordpress.com posts? I think it could work fine for me cause I need people who visit me to be able to send my post to others via email.

  Any answers will be appreciate it.
