How can I add social media follow icons to primary menu in Twenty Eleven?

    I am using the Twenty Eleven theme. How can I add social media follow icons to appear on the main menu (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)? I could not find a specific widget that does that. Is there a way to get the icons on?
