How can I add the copyright symbol to just one post?

My blog is about 95% sharing of news from other sites and 5% personal content. I’ve always assumed that the 95% can’t be copyrighted, so it’s all good. What I want to do is put a copyright on the personal stuff. On the individual posts for the personal stuff. Is there a way to do that? I’ve searched for copyright stuff and it all seems to be geared toward placement at the bottom of your blog. Am I missing something?

You might try copying and pasting the following symbol, and putting this along with your text, in your about page.

Another possibility would be to put it in a text widget:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/You could write something like “Original content © …”
