How can I add this custom button to my website?

Hello, I want a custom search bar exactly like the one at the top of this page – https://dianadoulames.exprealty.com/. All it does is it takes the values in the drop-down menus and the search criterea and sends a link to a website. There are no special headers or anything that need to be sent in the request as far as I can tell. It just sends an URL with special paramters.
I am able to code HTML, JS, and CSS. Am I able to code in a custom button like this?
