How can i add two photo galleries to a post?

  In one of my posts, I want to add a photo (lets call it Photo 1) and then some text. Then I want to add a photo gallery and some more text. However, when I add the gallery, Photo 1 is always added to the gallery and I dont want this to happen, but when I delete Photo 1 from the gallery it deletes it from where I inserted it originally. How can I solve this problem?
