How can I add variables to Sharing url collectedly?

    I want to add new service (new Social sharing button). Please help me how to add url properly.

    I want to add Sina Weibo sharing button and what I want is, when someone click to this button, in the popup window (ready to login social network), it should show as this (orderly).

    post title > post excerpt > post full url (not post url) > post tag

    Please tell me how to add these variables to url. I have url of Sina Weibo but I still didn’t edit yet.

    And please tell me more about these four variables. I don’t know how it will show in the popup window if I add these.

    post_url
    post_full_url
    post_excerpt
    post_tag

    I can’t find page that explained detail about adding new service and these variables, so I hope you to answer in full detail and example.
