how can i adjust where pages link to?
-
the home page page name, usually linked to the home page, now it links you to the blog page. and the blog page if you click on it through the menu, is blank when i click on it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In your Dashboard (WP Admin) go to Settings > Reading and set the front page to display a static page, then choose the pages that should be home and blog page from the dropdowns.

The instructions for what @kristarella suggested can be found here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/

i fixed the home page issue thanks!
but now when I click on what should be my blog page “the projectpat” it takes me to a blank page….how do set it so that when you click on “the projectpat” it takes you to my blog page?

@projectpat24
You need to publish a new page, but leave it blank. Title it “Blog” or “the projectpat” or whatever you want it to be.Then go to Settings ->Reading and right where you set the home page is another drop-down menu to set the blog page. Select that blank page from the drop-down menu and save your settings.

If you’re using a custom menu, make sure you add that page to the custom menu as well so it will appear on your menu.
If you’re not using a custom menu, it will appear there automatically, so then you can ignore the first sentence.

i did what you suggested . however its still a link page. are posts connected to a specific spot? as a group? if i just make a new page, i can figure out how to link it but the content doesn’t appear.
thanks so much for your help, no clue how this happened, it had been working fine.
if its a pain no worries i will keep trouble shooting!

Did you select that page as the posts page under Settings ->Reading?
It should look like this: http://snag.gy/lQn7U.jpg
