How can I allow thumbnail images with Categorized menus?

I recently updated my blog to include a menu bar for the viewers interest. However, after clicking on each of the categories, I found there is no pictures displayed with the post. Is there anyway I can allow a thumbnail image with the current theme I have?

That is actually a feature of the theme you’re using and cannot be changed.
Categories will display just post excerpts with no media content.
