How can I archive my blog?

    I am finished with the project I have blogged about and no longer plan to add new content. Can I archive my posts and reduce or eliminate the fee I pay?

    Hi there, All sites are “archived” if no new content is added. If you want to close commenting on the site you can disable commenting in your My Sites>Settings>Discussion setting.

    However, when you remove a Premium plan, you also remove any premium theme you activated as a part of the Premium plan as well as any custom CSS you added to the site theme.

    In order to keep using your custom domain name, you would need to maintain at least a Personal plan.

    If you wish to downgrade to the free plan, your site would revert to it’s underlying mysite.wordpress.com URL.
