  I mean, how can I ask the administrator of a wordpress site to send me an invite, in order to give me access in his site?

  I don’t know his mail.

  If a site is set to private, It’s probably for a reason, and unless you know the admin in person such that you can ask them in conversation to grant you access, I dont see it being possible to access said site.
