how can i attract people to a blog?

  hello, I am new to wordpress, and was wondering how to attract attention to a blog?
  How can one find a specific blog, with a specific theme?.
  Any help would be appreciated.

  There is a theme viewer inside WordPress that you can click around in once you have signed up for a blog. This place have quite a lot of themes to choose between.
