How can I avoid being shut out of my website repeatedly?

    Usually when I click on Site Administration or Edit from a Post I’ve made, I get an error “Whoops! There was a small systems error. Please try refreshing the page and if the error is still there drop us a note and let us know.” Then for a substantial period after that I can no longer log back into my website. (I am unable to log on at the moment.) Later, after a while, I can log back into the website. This happens repeatedly and usually, although perhaps not entirely consistently. What is my problem?

    Can you please try clearing out your browser cache?

    Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Internet Explorer?
