How can I backup my site and copy its database to my computer?

  As I’m having a free wordpress site and I can’t find the way to backup my site with the whole database to store on my computer. Should I make some upgrades? If yes, what kind of upgrade exactly is required?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We bloggers cannot access the database on WordPress.com blogs and there is no upgrade that enables this. You can create an XML backup file of your blog content only (not the theme or customizations) and store it on your computer. https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/#backups

  That guide is for WordPress.ORG sites and your site/blog https://lietuviaich.wordpress.com/ is a WordPress.COM site/blog
