How can I backup my ***.wordpress.com site to move/restore to another site

Can someone point me to a set of instructions to do the above?

    My site name is dtc439.wordpress.com

Ideally I’d like to be able to create a ‘full cPanel backup’ that I could then use on my new site hosted by InMotion Hosting.

    Thank you in advance

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Click on “My Site” “Settings” “Export”. You can only export your content however, not theme, menu, widgets etc.

Oh, I was hoping that I could take a complete backup and just restore the whole thing quickly to my new domain.

Just to verify that I understand this correctly, since it looks like I can only export the blog posts and pages, I would need to do the following:

      Export my existing site
Log on to WordPress from my new site
      Download the Gateway theme
Import my Blog Posts and Pages
      Set up the Menu
      Add the Widgets
Cut and Paste text and other settings for the Widgets
Upload any Image files that I was using

Does this sound correct? (Am I missing anything? Can I do something else to skip some of those steps?)

Thank you in advance, Bob R
