How can I be reimbursed for the Custom Domain and buy the Premium upgrade?

  Hello,

  I bought the Custom Domain upgrade a while ago and now I wanted to buy the Custom Design upgrade. Both are presented here: http://goo.gl/FB442S. Unfortunately when I click on the Custom Design upgrade button, I come here: https://wordpress.com/plans/82517337. So apparently it’s mandatory for me to buy the Premium upgrade, which already include the Custom Domain upgrade I have already bought!
  If I would have known that before, I would have bought directly the Custom Design upgrade. Now I basically have to buy 2 times the domain feature which I feel is quite unfair as the webpage wasn’t clear.

  Is this normal? Is there a way I could buy the Premium upgrade BUT be reimbursed of the Custom Domain?

  I see your Custom Domain, and you should be able to buy the Premium upgrade at a discount. I have emailed you a manual billing request for the remainder of the amount.

  Once that’s paid, I will add the remainder of the Premium upgrade features to your site,
