HOw can I become a paying member to get livechat support without transferring my site to Word Press administration ?

    Word Press and Automattic are like the worst companies in the world. ‘Do not use voice mail or postal mail for compalints, biulling, or support,’ Autmattic says. Fuck You, what an attitude !!
    I am really having a problem with word Press 2.0. I want to see the code/draft version of my existing page, in order to update it. All I can see is the finished web-presentation version of my page. How the hell do I get there ?? I am ready to sign up to pay $3. a month to get livechat support, but your site only wants to sign me up as a new member
    but I have had my site on word press since 2010. 3 or 4 pages in, it asks if you have an exisiting blog — yes ! but I can only sign up if I transfer the administration/hosting of my site to word press. My existing host company is doing fine, thank you, and I just paid fo rmy year there, and I would at least like to talk to my webmaster before I just rashly transfer over to word press. Is there any way in the world word press and Automattic can come down from their castle and actually talk to us commoners, let us pay you money for livechat that I need because my dashboard is now NOT ALLOWING me to use my site, without alsol taking over my site ?? How do I break through these walls of no phone number, no mail address, only stupid public forum that doesn’t have any answers, no way to sign up but through a website that doesn’t offer the choices I would like to make.

    This is the support forum for sites hosted at WordPress.com. Livechat is available here with an upgraded plan but even if you paid then staff would only be able to assist with sites hosted here rather than with sites using the WordPress.org software. The two WordPresses operate quite differently. The benefit of having a site hosted at WordPress.com is never having to worry about upgrading any software yourself, security, backups etc.
