How can I begin again on my blog?

Yesterday I began making my blog, but made it live before I was ready. Now I want it to be unlive and change the entire content. But I don’t want to lose the opportunity to do this on wordpress, which I think is what happens if I simply delete the site. Please help

A blog is a web site, just a bit specialized for dynamic content, I just tell people that I have a web site and skip the part about using “blog” software. Just a note the “blog” software drives I think 20% of new sites on the internet and includes such notable bloggers as CNN.COM
DON’T DELETE THE BLOG – The URL / address will be lost forever
You have only one Post so not much to start over, just delete it if you want.
You can adjust the Privacy Settings for who can see a web site if you want
