We cannot block or delete subscribers from public blogs. Everyone on the internet can view and follow any public blog. That is in fact what the public designation means and anyone anyone with internet access can follow your public blog’s RSS Feed.
You can change your blog visibility to “private” http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/ Please read this about public blogs that become private blogs > Blog Privacy and Subscribers > http://wpcommaven.wordpress.com/2011/09/05/blog-privacy-and-subscribers/
Note that you have complete control over everything that’s posted to your blog via comment moderation
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#comment-moderationYou don’t have to post any comment on your blog. Delete troll posts http://dailypost.wordpress.com/2013/03/27/how-to-starve-a-troll/
and mark only spam as spam. http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2013/01/24/mark-only-spam-as-spam/ -
You can also use the comment blacklist. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#comment-blacklist
However, if you blacklist do not post the IP because you could be affecting legitimate commenters as well. IP addresses have not been unique for nigh unto 15 years now. ISPs place hundreds of us in the same IP block. Moreover, using the blacklist is useless when people can get a new IP or new email address in no time flat.

Thank you. What I did was go to the dashboard area and key in their email address as a keyword and then added that all comments need to be approved by me before posting.
I did however approve the comment they made.
In order for them to be publicly out there. I think they assumed I would retreat and delete, but I let it go out there for everyone to read and see and respond to their ridiculousness as they see fit.
Thank you for your help though and I think that the future
“comment moderation” will be needed just for this one person.
Normally all my comments have been fine just this one psychotic individual.
Thank you for your help. -

Oh ok. I see.
I will make sure to take off that last part of their email address and just use their odd name as a keyword.
Thank you Timethief. :) -
Be aware that any troll who is determined to can get another IP address, another email address and register another username or use any nickname in seconds flat.

Also be aware that labeling anyone with such a term when you lack the credentials required to assess who is and who isn’t psychotic amounts to you defaming them. Don’t go there. Seal your lips. Stop approving and posting troll comments. Delete troll posts http://dailypost.wordpress.com/2013/03/27/how-to-starve-a-troll/
