How can I block spam videos and ads from my site?

  Hi! This post http://wp.me/pE5t8-3K8 has appeared on a friend’s computer with 2 spam videos and an ad for Sears.

  The 1st time, the vid appeared at the end of the post, below the concert program.

  And today, a different vid appeared in the comments.

  I never posted either vid or the ad, and none of that appears on my screen.

  Just now, I changed my settings to approve all comments. Other suggestions?
