How can I build a clickable Table of Contents for my website?

I want to create a website that will have 30 – 40 pages of educational material to help individuals, groups, and organizations. The material will be divided into chapters, sections and subsections, and I want to display the “clickable” titles of these in an indented Table of Contents without having the titles or URLs displayed at the top of the page.

You could add that content as a list of links in a Page and then set your front page to display that static page instead of your most recent posts.
You can create a new page here.
You can change the Front Page of your blog to display a static page in your Reading Settings.
We don’t have a built-in way to hide page titles, but you could do that with some custom CSS using our Custom CSS upgrade, which you can purchase in your Upgrades page.
