  but set on another site. How can I do this?

  You may purchase any paid WordPress Theme for any site. Be on that site in the Administration Panels when you choose to purchase that Theme.

  I paid this theme, but it install only on WordPress.com site.
  How I can download this theme and install on my site?

  @itandja – If you want to install Gridspace on a self-hosted WordPress install (not WordPress.com), you will need to contact Graphpaper Press, the authors of Gridspace, to purchase it.

  The version available here on WordPress.com can only be used on WordPress.com sites. If you bought it and that is not what you intended, you can request a refund in your Dashboard>Store>My Upgrades.
