How can i cancel a blog without access to the e-mail it is registered to

  When I google myself I find my old blog that I started in connection to a job I no longer have. I probably connected it to my job e-mail, thus I cannot just recover a new password to go in and cancel it. Do anyone know how I can bypass this? How do I for example come in contact with the wordpress admins and prove that the blog is mine?
