How can I cancel a Custom Design?

    Cómo puedo cancelar un Custom Design? cargué los datos de mi tarjeta regalándole a alguien el Custom Design de su blog durante dos años pero ya no quiero hacerlo este año. Se renueva automáticamente ya que los datos de mi tarjeta están en ese blog y no tengo manera de extraerlos.
