    Hi there,

    It looks like you have already been able to disable auto-renew for your domain simplesweetjoy.com. I also noticed that your renewal was voided, so the domain has not been extended for another year and any funds which may have been removed from your account have been returned.

    Was there anything else you needed? Would you like me to cancel your domain for you now rather than let it expire?
