How can I cancel my domain? I get an error message when I try from the store

  I cannot cancel my domain

  I cannot cancel my blog upgrade because I get an error message when I try to load my upgrades page from the store.

  What error message are you receiving? Which domain would you like to cancel?

  I go to Store-> my upgrades and the page says “The page requested does not exist

  The page you requested does not exist, or you do not have have the necessary privileges to access it. You may return to the dashboard of First Try CAL by clicking here.”

  What’s the URL (address) of that page?

  You should be able to see the Store->My Upgrades page via your site’s dashboard that exists at this link: https://forgetdotjuliadotchilddotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  There is a “Cancel and Refund” button on that page.
