How do i cancel my domain? I want this blog to be pencilleddaydream.wordpress.com and have nothing to do with pencilleddaydream.com. I want them to be completely separate. I can’t find the cancel my upgrade button. I don’t want my upgrade anymore.

I’m pretty sure you mean you want to cancel domain mapping and not your domain itself.
As far as I can see, pencilleddaydream.com and pencilleddaydream.wordpress.com are already completely separate. Perhaps I’m misunderstanding your intent.

Just to make sure there isn’t a snafu, I’m going to tag this for Staff Assistance. Please be patient until they get to you as there is quite a backlog of requests right now.

Do you just want it moved to a different WordPress.com blog? If you register another blog by visiting https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/ while logged in, I can move the domain to it.
If not, please let me know and I can cancel it.

My domain pencilleddaydream.com is set up on a different host site and I would like to keep it where it is. I do not want my upgrade because it keeps taking my readers to my old wordpress.com blog- that I don’t use anymore- instead of my new .com blog. Please cancel my upgrade. Thank you : )

I have canceled your domain mapping as requested.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!

People are telling me that they can’t get on my new blog http://pencilleddaydream.com because of a warning about domain mapping. I don’t know what the problem is. If both blogs are completely separate they should be able to get on there with no problems. I wish both blogs would work. Do you know what is wrong?

They’ll need to wait for their ISP to clear their DNS cache to point to the new location.
This can sometimes take up to 72 hours, depending on the ISP.
