how can I cancel my premium plan

    I wanted to deleted my website but I can’t cancel my premium plan ( I bought a designer theme). I don’t have a cancellation button.

    I believe there’s still a bug that stops cancellation working if you’ve purchased a premium theme and staff intervention is required. I’ve typed modlook in the tag box on the right and in due course someone will be able to help you (although remember it is the weekend).

    Hi there,

    I can cancel your theme, Natural, for you, but it’s already past the refund period so I’m not able to refund it. If I cancel it and you later decide you want to use it you’ll also need to pay for it again, so I please need you to confirm that you’re sure you want to remove it.

    As an alternative you can set your site to private. Then no one but you will be able to see it, but both it and your theme will still be there if you want it back later. Or I can help you move the theme to the other site in your account instead of cancelling.
