How can I cancel my premium trial and get my $99 back?

  I considered using wordpress for a website I wanted to make. I signed up for a free trial of the premium version, but I found no difference in my capabilities and I was still prompted to upgrade to premium, so it didn’t seem like I had a trial of premium at all.

  I decided I did not want to use wordpress and tried to delete my account and cancel the premium trial, but was unable to find how to do either. Now, there is a $99 charge from wpchrg.com on my card and I feel like I’ve been scammed. I do not intend to use wordpress further; I hope to cancel my account and find a way not to pay for the premium version that I do not intend to use. This is turning into a very bad experience with wordpress and I’m sure I’m not the first to complain of this.

  I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance all the same.

  Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the 14 day trial upgrade? That’s required to cancel the trial.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time and also disable auto-renew.

  I also note that this site has no content http://dcish.wordpress.com/
  If that is not the site in question and the username account you are logged in now is not the same one that registered the site in question then provide both the URL and the username account please.

  Thank you for the quick reply. I’m afraid I cannot even find Store, I am apparently quite inept at using wordpress. I am subscribed and the box for notify is clicked.
