How can I cancel the auto-renewal of my Custom Design option and get a refund ?

  The custom design upgrade I bought last year automatically renewed a few days ago, which I had no idea it would. I don’t want it anymore, but cannot find the cancellation button supposed to appear on my dashboard according to the refund method given on the support, how can I cancel this renewal ? (From less than 30 days, so the cancellation button should appear !) Thank you for any help.

  I have refunded you the $30 and removed it from your account. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.
