  How can I categorize and tag existing posts on my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello!

  To categorize posts view the right-side of the Post Editor. Create new categorizes by entering a couple topics that best describe your post.
  Note: It automatically defaults to “Unorganized”.

  To tag posts view the right-side of the Post Editor beneath the Categorize Module.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/tags/

  Note:

  Five to 15 tags (or categories, or a combination of the two) is a good number to add to each of your posts. The more categories you use, the less likely it is that your post will be selected for inclusion in the topics listings
