How can I categorize my posts?

So when you click to enter my blog, there are several menus. One of my menus is called fashion. I want to be able to create different posts related to fashion – so like how to wear statement necklaces; how to wear shoes; how to this and that. And the plan is that when someone clicks on the fashion menu, and is transported to that page, all those posts related to fashion will be listed, and then the person can click on the post about shoes and start reading the content.
I’m not sure how to do that. So any advice will be greatly appreciated.
