How can I change a page to a post?

I have discovered that what I thought I entered as a post is listed in the menu as a page. As such, when I call up all posts that page is not in the list. Can I correct this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no automatic way to do this because static pages sit outside the blog structure. What you have to do is copy and paste the Page content into a new Post and then delete the original Page.

Also keep in mind that if you want to keep your images and formatting, you must do the “copy and paste” in the text editors on your dashboard.
If the page has been up for a while, and indexed by search engines, then it might be better not to delete it because someone looking for it will receive a “404 not found” error. It would be better to remove it from navigation via custom menu and put a link to the post so that readers will find that article.
