How can I change a sub page into a page?

    After having created my own menu, I added some new pages and carefully saved it all. Under my page called “Boudoir”, I wanted to create a sub-page called “Politique de vente” but if it appears as a sub-page on the bottom left in “pages”, it turns into a normal page in my customized menu on top right. I read the parent page had to be empty so the subpage could work, so I erased what I had written on the parent page but it still isn’t working. When I click on my blog, I can read all my pages + “Politique de vente” which appears as another page besides the others, while I want it to be under the precedent one. Can you please help me? It seems I have done everything right but nothing works…
