How can I change font and font color?

  I am using the theme “Twenty Ten” and have not paid for an upgrade. I would like to change the font and font color on my pages and blog posts. Is this possible? Explicit instructions would be greatly appreciated!

  It is possible to change the blog post and page content, but not the titles, if you hand-code in HTML the font changes. http://en.support.wordpress.com/advanced-html/

  In order to change titles, widgets, etc, you would need the Custom Design upgrade.
