How can I change from wordpress.com to .org?

  I want to keep my domain and all how it is, I just want to be able to add plug-ins and customize my page fully..
  Is there a way to do this without having to switch?

  This came about because I want to add Mail Munch to my blog and I need the plug in section, I googled and that is only available on the .org not .com

  I want it to be exactly the same I just want to be able to customize it more.. add plugins etc
