How can I change it from admin to my name?

First,I recently started a new hosted WordPress blog. With my old free wordpress blog, I could have it automatically publish to FB and Twitter when I hit publish. How can I make my new one do that?
Also, when I respond to all comments, it says admin instead of my name, and when I copy the link to my FB it shows written by admin. How can I change that?
My blog is heathermurdock.com.
