  I see other wordpresses with these cool layouts (ex. propellerarmy.wordpress.com) and i a different one (not the one on the example). How did he get those and where can i?

  SOme of the Club Penguin blogs are really tricked out using the Custom CSS upgrade, but do NOT buy it if you don’t know how to use CSS. Use the free preview to learn it. Then, when you know you can do your own design really well, then buy the upgrade and make the changes.
