How can I change my blog name?

I spent well over an hour trying to find a name for my blog that wasn’t already taken – when one finally worked, I didn’t realize that it was misspelled! I remember that the get started page said, don’t worry, you can change it later. But I’ve found no way to do that! It’s 4 am and I’m out of patience and time. I can’t even find anything in support for the question how to “change blog address”, or “how to change blog name” – why wouldn’t that be an obvious, and much-asked question? Especially since you’re led to believe that it can be changed!

Thanks, macmanx, that worked; though it took me another 2+ hours to find a different name that wasn’t either being used, or reserved…that’s another thing I don’t get, who reserves names, and why is it OK to do that? Have to ask about that later.
In any case, once I did that, I discovered that the “title” has to be changed separately. Another big chunk of time to realize that I could simply type in the new one on the general settings page from my dashboard! Too tired to think straight.

Reserved blogs are held by folks who register a username, but don’t open a blog.
So, if you register as mycrazyname, but don’t open a blog, we’ll reserve mycrazyname.wordpress.com just in case you ever decide to use it.
