  I do not know how to change the name of this blog. I searched in all settings, but fail! Help me!

  This is the page to do that > Settings > General
  don’t forget to scroll down & click Save Changes

  BTW we require you to provide the URL for the blog in question starting with the prefix http:// when you post to this forum. What is the URL for the blog in question please?
