How can I change my Blog title?

  I created a Blog with the name Absolutely Must Go – Same Day – Montreal -Toronto.

  While Google will show that Blog site in search results, any Ottawa Company looking for the occasional service will not know the name.

  While the content mentions Ottawa Courier Service, it does not show up in any search engine results for Ottawa courier services which makes the page useless.

  I want to keep the http://ottawacourier.wordpress.com/ blog address, but change the name to Ottawa Courier Service and have not found the way to do that following all the Dashboard links.
