how can ı change my blog’s language?

  My blog’s name is ”hoptayga’ . I accedently completed the procedure by establishing my blog language in English.
  But I want the blog’s language to be in Turkish.
  I need help in solving this problem.

  that is just your profile, but nonetheless: Dashboard->Settings it is under language

  That link goes to your forum profile, not to your blog.

  If you have a wordpress.COM blog, go to settings -> general -> language
  Select, and scroll down to save the change.

  If your blog is self-hosted (you are paying to host your blog somewhere), you are in the wrong forum. Try here:
