How can I change my current blog address/URL?

Ah yes, I forgot to check the mobile issue. I just had a look on my iPhone and can see what you mean.
Try disabling the mobile theme for your site. Your theme is already mobile-friendly so you don’t need to use the mobile theme. Go to Appearance > Mobile in the old Dashboard:
https://diyalogues.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=mobile-options
Then select “No” next to the first option to Enable mobile theme.

I was hoping for a resolution that didn’t involve disabling the mobile theme. It looks better when the mobile version is enabled (for example the background image does not appear when mobile version is disabled). Is there any way to fix it without having to disable the mobile version?

Ok, I asked our theme developers about this and it turns out this is a bug. It should display the primary menu. There’s a bug report already in our system to have it fixed; it’ll hopefully be fixed in the next couple of weeks.

Hello again,
I just discovered another issue. The author for all the posts on my new site is appearing as my old user name. Is it possible to edit this to reflect the author as just “Diya”?

I can see all the posts are published by the author “Diya”. Did you manage to resolve this?

It is showing as “Diya @ Pen2Needle” for me. I did try to change the username to “Diya” but all the comments are still showing as “Diya @ Pen2Needle”.

I’ve updated my username to Diya. But look at this link for example:
Every comment of mine is appearing as “Diya @ Pen2Needle”. Can I change that to either “Diya @ Diyalogues” or just plain “Diya”?

It only changes for comments going forward. This means all the comments you make from now on will have the new profile information but older comments will retain the old information.
I had a look at some of your recent comments to make sure this is the case and I can see your new profile information on comments here:

Is it possible to change the email address associated with my blog? If so, will I then have to re-subscribe to all the people I am currently following with the new email ID?

Your email address is associated with the account rather than your blog. You can change it here:
https://wordpress.com/me/account
Changing the email address won’t have any impact on your subscriptions. It only changes where your own notification emails are sent.
