How Can I change my current website?

    What is the best way to change the name, layout and the entire content of my website. I had this website for free but I’m not able to do any update that I mentioned.

    Of which site are you speaking, and what exactly do you want to change?

    You can change the title of any WordPress.com site at My Site ->Manage ->Settings.

    You can change the theme, which controls the layout, at My Site ->Design ->Themes:

    Themes

    You can change the content of individual posts and pages using the editor at My Site ->Site ->Posts and Pages.
