How can I change my email address ?

  I tried to change my email address in my account setting page, but error message I got.

  This is my reply.

  The error is that I tried to update my email address at my account profile page,
  but a button “Save Account Settings” does not become effective.

  An error message is shown after change: “ is not a valid email address.”

  I do not block browser’s cookies.
  And, I tried another Internet browser.

  The video shows it is very easy to change email address, and there is no special way.

  What is wrong?

  Hello chamio3,

  I had this issue once but I was typing comma instead of the dot :p

  I would request you to double check if you are typing things right. If yes, and it is still not working for you, you may send an email to the support team using the contact form.

  @chamio3 can you let me know what email address you’re using? We automatically hide email addresses from the public.
